Thank you Duluth!

Thanks for everyone that has helped on this great campaign. We put in many hours of hard work. We did what we could and the people are not ready it looks like.

Thanks for getting out to vote to those that did. Again also a huge thank you again to everyone for helping, it could not have been done with out you.

I don't know what the next step is or if there is a next step. Keep it hear to find out. I let everyone know when I find something out.

Duluth and Minnesota not ready.

Well it seems like Minnesota wants to continue going in the same direction. The State over all elected Tim Pawlenty in the primary last over Sue Jeffers.

Sue has a great message one more Minnesotaians have to hear. She is the only true candidate for lower taxes, government respocibility.

Her Duluth numbers seemed near on track of what she was getting else were around the state. I wish Duluth and Minnesota would listen more to the words of Sue. She is a great candidate and we as a State did a huge dis-service by not listening.

Voter turn out.

We have been hearing that voter turn out is low all across the State. We know in Duluth it has been a pretty light day to this point.

We hope that it is the Jeffers people going out to vote. Again if you have not done so please get out to vote.

Also a report from Minneapolis that the turn out is low as well. The same for the Brainerd lakes area. There for the trend seems to be a low turn out.

What does it mean? Your thoughts welcome.

Sue Jeffers needs our help today.

Here is an email sent out today. Please remember to vote. It is the most important thing for us to do to make sure she continues on.

Dear Friends,

I would like to thank each and every one of you for your prayers, support, and hard work as I campaign to become your next governor. Every day more of you share your hope that fiscal responsibility, strong conservative principles and values and common sense will prevail this election.

Four years later, Minnesota still has a spending problem and I am clearly the only candidate who can and will stop the spending. I have signed a no new tax pledge and I can keep my promise. I will not compromise away our freedoms, liberties and tax dollars. We all know a fee is really a tax, a thirty year $1.1 billion Twins tax comes at the expense of other programs and our congested roads will not be safer or more efficient with a new train. Health care is expensive, more money will not fix our failing schools and illegal immigration and crime continue to spin out of control.

I believe I am going to win the primary today. I believe conservatives across the state will stand up, show up and vote. Together we will say, we deserve better. I know you will not stay home, I know you won't settle for just pretty good, or hey it's better than the other guy.

So here I am, the primary is today. Now I need your help. Get out and vote. Tell your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. Show our politicians we stand for principles and values, we believe in our platform, we deserve better.

I thank you for all your prayers, support, encouragement, and hard work for my campaign. And rest up, November will be here before we know it, we have a couple more candidates to beat between now and then!

Thanks,
Sue Jeffers

Time is here

We will hit the streets of West Duluth for a lit drop in the next couple of days.

We will be out and about West Duluth for a few days hitting that area of town on Monday and Tuesday or next week. Look for us and lets continue to spread the word about Sue Jeffers.

We can win come the September 12 primary.

Duluth to Minneapolis

The Duluth base group, Duluth for Jeffers is strong.

We have just one problem, the computer we are using is not allowing to use the tools that the Jeffers educators has given us. A few weeks ago our computer had a problem and we had to re set up the software and now, we can't get into some sites.

We in Duluth however are making a strong push. We have been putting up signs and also handing out lit pieces. Again the response has been good.

We only have a few signs left. If you would like one let us know, duluthforjeffers@yahoo.com . Also if you would like to get email updates please email at the same address.

Please remember to get out to vote in the primary on the 12th.

As we continue to work to gather support in Duluth we have not had much to blog. We have been out passing out the lit pieces for Sue and gathering sign locations.

Again reaction has been good, we have even ran into some Pawlenty supports that like much of what Sue is saying. Many now are thinking about changing there vote to Sue.

As we get closer and closer to the primary we will be out even more.

Just one finale not here, We will have a lit drop for Sue coming up on Monday if you would like to help let us know.
